Development on Holiday Inn & Arlington Center
Snell is seeking to rezone both the Holiday Inn and Arlington Center properties as one large parcel. Snell is currently seeking to rezone both properties, combining the two parcels into one to maximize its development potential. The first phase would include conversion of the existing office building to apartment homes, while also potentially adding additional apartments in a separate structure. Phase I is planned to be completed with the hotel in operation, after which Phase II would include replacing the hotel with new apartments. The entitlement process is scheduled to begin in 2018 and last approximately four years.
