Snell is in the process of transforming the Ames Center, a legacy office building in Rosslyn, Virginia, into a vibrant mixed-use development with two towers, offering residential, retail, hotel, commercial office space, a public plaza and a brand-new church and gas station. As a part of the 18th Street Corridor, the reimagined Ames Center is a key component of Arlington County’s “Realize Rosslyn” plan.
